2. Choose Your Experience
Browse our curated packages and select the one that best fits your celebration.
3. Book Online
Reserve your date by completing the booking form and submitting your retainer.
4. Final Details & Balance
Your remaining balance is due prior to setup. Our team will review your details and handle the creative direction.
5. Room Access
Check in as usual and leave our decorator’s name with the front desk for room access.
6. We Handle the Magic
We arrive, style your space, and transform the room before your arrival—no coordination required.
Where is Classy Creations located?
We are located in Dallas, Texas. We are able to service the DFW Metroplex. At times we will travel to other areas with a travel fee. To receive an estimate, text 214-404-3223 or email info@classycreationss.com
How far in advance do I book?
Our calendar fills quickly. We suggest you book as soon as possible. However, we will take bookings as quickly as 24 hours if the requested time and date is available.
How will you get into my room?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to your suite! We can NOT check in for you. These are our acceptable methods to gain access to your room.
1. You can add us to the reservation (PREFERRED).
2. You can provide us with your lock code (if staying in an Airbnb).

Do you come to private homes and Airbnbs?
Yes! We do!
Why is there a Private Residence Planning Fee?
Private residence setups require additional planning and coordination compared to hotel room installations. Homes vary in layout, space, access, and installation flow, while hotel rooms typically follow standardized designs. This fee helps ensure a show-stopping setup and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Do Airbnbs require a Private Residence Planning Fee?
Yes. Airbnbs are treated as private residences. Unlike hotels, Airbnb properties vary in layout, access instructions, parking, entry timing, and setup flow. The Private Residence Planning Fee covers the additional coordination required to ensure a seamless setup.
Do I have to know my exact hotel and room number when I book?
No! We require that you at least provide us with the city that you will be booking in when you reserve with us. You will need to provide your exact location 72 hours prior to your actual setup date.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours or more of your booking.
If your cancellation was made outside of 48 hours before the event date, we are happy to offer rescheduling, depending on availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
Is my reservation fee refundable?
Retainers are non-refundable once they are made. We understand that life happens and that we aren't always able to follow through with plans, we will always work with our clients to be fair and come up with the best solutions!
Is Classy Creations responsible for booking hotel rooms and Airbnb's?
No. We only provide specially curated designs. We do not book your hotel or Airbnb.
Who cleans up?
The client is responsible for cleaning the room unless an add-on clean-up service is purchased.
We are not responsible for any fees associated with room clean-up unless the add-on service is booked.
Does the client have to be present during the decoration process?
No. In fact, most customers are never around when we are decorating.
